Wedding Arches & Other Event Rentals
While a wedding arch is certainly not a requirement or “have-to” for your wedding ceremony, they do offer a great centerpiece for both the ceremony and your wedding photos. As an officiant, I find the arch to be a nice little comfort zone for couples who’s nerves are generally on overdrive when they walk down the aisle. Giving couples a common focal point helps alleviate those nerves. Add some florals to match your wedding and you’ve got a beautiful backdrop. Below are some wedding arches that are available for rent us here at Married by Evan Events.
Triangle (medium wood) Arch (A1)
Rental Fee = $75.00
Rental Time = 3 days
Approx. Setup Time = 5 minutes
Dimensions = 108” tall x 96” wide
Special Notes: this arch is lightweight and easily assembled/disassembled as needed. May require small supports or “weights” depending on weather
Rectangle Arch (medium) - 2 available (A2)
Rental Fee = $75.00
Rental Time = 3 days
Approx. Setup Time = 5 - 10 minutes
Dimensions = 82” tall x 82” wide
Special Notes: includes support legs and top can be easily disassembled for easy transport. Versatile for all weather conditions.
Rectangular Arch (light) - (A3)
Rental Fee = $75.00
Rental Time = 3 days
Approx. Setup Time = 10 - 15 minutes
Dimensions = approx. 72” tall (depending on buried depth) x 96” wide
Special Notes: best used on the sand and requires approx. 24” - 36” holes be dug for bracing
Diamond BoHo Arch - (A4)
Rental Fee = $75.00
Rental Time = 3 days
Approx. Setup Time = 5 minutes
Dimensions = 75” tall x 52” wide
Special Notes: this arch is lightweight and may require small supports or “weights” on either leg depending on type of ground used
Gradient Design Backdrop - (B1)
Rental Fee = $75.00
Rental Time = 3 days
Approx. Setup Time = 5 minutes
Dimensions = 72” tall x 48” wide
Special Notes: colors on backdrop can be changed to fit event/wedding colors for additional fee - contact for details
